二、 研究方向
(一)主要研究方向
长期从事重大疾病中淀粉样蛋白的致病机理与药物研究。综合运用分子生物学、生物化学及生物医药等多学科手段,重点聚焦阿尔茨海默病中β-淀粉样蛋白和Tau蛋白、帕金森病中α-突触核蛋白和糖尿病中胰岛淀粉样蛋白等的致病机理和药物设计。
